1. What materials do you use in your jewellery?

Each Yuesphere piece is thoughtfully crafted using premium materials including Rhodium-Plated & 18K Gold-Plated Sterling Silver, crystals and freshwater pearls. Full material details can be found on each product page.


2. Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?

Yes. Our jewellery is crafted to be nickel-free and generally well-suited for sensitive skin. If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, we recommend reviewing the material information or reaching out to us directly before placing your order.

3. How should I care for my Yuesphere jewellery?

To preserve the beauty of your jewellery, please avoid exposure to water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store each piece in a dry place—ideally in its original pouch or box—and gently clean with a soft, dry cloth after wear.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.

6. Can I return or exchange an item?
 
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition and packaging. Please refer to our [Return Policy] for detailed return instructions.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings or any item that has been worn or shows signs of use. This policy ensures the safety and peace of mind for all of our customers.

Custom or personalized pieces are non-refundable.

7. My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

8. Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes. All Yuesphere orders arrive in our signature packaging—elegantly designed and ready for gifting. You may also include a personalised message at checkout to accompany your order.
