Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene considerations.
Customised or personalised pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or missing components will not be eligible for return.
Exchange
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed return parcels.
Refunds
